Shipping

If an order is placed online before 12:00 PM on weekdays, delivery will take place the same day with Dropp.

We offer gift wrapping and can send the package directly to a third party. You will receive a notification as soon as your order has been handed over to Dropp. The notification will include a tracking number so you can follow the status of your shipment with Dropp.

We also offer same-day pickup at our store during opening hours: weekdays from 12:00 PM to 6:00 PM and Saturdays from 12:00 PM to 5:00 PM.

For International orders we use DHL and delivery normally takes around 3-5 working days within Europe and USA.

How can I contact you?

We want to talk to you too! Contact us with any questions, concerns, or feedback. We will be sure to get back to you within 48 hours. However, please note that inquiries sent on Fridays will receive a reply the following Monday, but possibly sooner.

Exchange and returns

What are the rules regarding exchanges and returns?

Refunds are processed within 7 days from when we receive the item(s).

How do I return or exchange a product?

For orders within Iceland

You can either visit our store in person to return or exchange items, or use Dropp. When using Dropp, start by selecting our store, fill in the required information, and choose whether you would like to return or exchange your item.

After registering your return, please send us an email at shop@aswegrow.is with your order number and let us know whether you would like a return or an exchange. If you are requesting an exchange, please specify which item you would like instead so we can reserve it for you.

Please note that return delivery times vary depending on location. If you are outside the capital area, Dropp typically collects packages once a week, which may extend the return delivery time to 10–14 days.

International orders (outside of Iceland)

For international customers, you are responsible for arranging and covering the return shipment. We recommend using a tracked and recorded delivery service to ensure the safe arrival of your package.

After registering your return, please send us an email at shop@aswegrow.is with your order number and let us know whether you would like a return or an exchange.

If you have any questions, you are welcome to contact us by email or visit us in store.

How can I track my order?

For international orders, you will receive a DHL Express tracking number so you can follow your shipment every step of the way.

For domestic orders within Iceland, you will receive a tracking number from Dropp to monitor the status of your delivery.

What is the status of my return?

We completely get it, we change our minds too! While we wish we could, once an order is placed, we are unable to alter or cancel it at this time. We hope to have a cancellation window one day in the future.

Should the item(s) not work out, make sure to exchange for a preferred style or return for a refund. As a reminder, domestic return shipping is free.

Can I return sale items?

Unfortunately sale items cannot be returned. However, you may exchange them for a different size if it is available in stock.

We ship all international orders with DHL Express.

Do you offer gift cards?

Yes, gift cards are available for purchase on our website. You can buy a gift card and have it sent to a friend or family member .We will write your message on it and send it for you. Click HERE to view our gift cards.

How long does it take to receive delivery of a product?

Next day shipping is available on all domestic orders.

International shipping times depend on the products and destination (estimated at checkout). Standard DHL shipping normally takes 3-5 days.
