Free delivery with Dropp if you shop for 16,000 ISK or more.

If you order online before 12 on working days, delivery takes place on the same day with Dropp. We offer gift wrapping and delivery to your destination and all you have to do is write information in the notes when ordering. We also offer that people can pick up their order the same day at our store at Klaparstíg 29, 101 Reykjavík. Our shop is open every weekday 12-18 and Saturdays 12-17.

We have just expanded the store and now offer the popular Sweet Salone products; lamps, ceramics and cushions, which are Icelandic designs, worked in collaboration with artisans in Sierra Leone.

Terms and Conditions of Business

Customer information:

When ordering, the buyer fills in information such as name, email address and address. When placing an order, the buyer agrees that this information will be entered into our business database. Aswegrow.is guarantees that this information will be treated as confidential and that it will not be handed over to third parties under any circumstances.

Product return:

You can return a product within 30 days of ordering. If the product does not meet the buyer's expectations regarding quality or color, the buyer can return the product within 30 days, the product must be unused, with all tags and in the original packaging. If a product is sealed, the seal must not be broken. If the buyer does not want to exchange the product for another product, a credit note will be issued after the product is received. The credit is in the form of a code or strip, which can be used both in-store and online. Shipping costs are not refundable. Please send an email to the email address info@aswegrow.is before the product is returned, or bring it to our store at Klapparstíg 29, 101 Reykjavík during opening hours.

Comments:

If the product is defective or the buyer is in any way dissatisfied with the purchase, we encourage the buyer to contact us so that we can find a joint solution.  If a defective product is returned, shipping costs will be refunded.
