Opening hours and online ordering

Standard delivery time is 1 - 4 working days from the time the order is placed.

Orders in the capital area are delivered on Tuesdays and Saturdays after 14:00. Orders outside the capital area are sent by Íslandspósti, where you can choose between having the products sent to a post office, to a mailbox or delivered directly to your door.

We also offer that customers can pick up the products in our store at Klaparstíg 29, 101 Reykjavík, which is open every weekday from 12:00 - 18:00. Customers will receive a confirmation email when the product is ready for delivery. You can request to pick up products on the same day.

Business rules / Sales in store

The product return period is 30 days and will be refunded with a credit note. Specially ordered products cannot be returned. A product can only be exchanged or returned upon presentation of a receipt or an As We Grow gift voucher. Product can only be returned in salable condition. Products purchased at a sample sale, Pop-up, offer or sale cannot be returned or exchanged. Home loans can be obtained against credit card insurance and the return date is within a day. A credit note is valid for one year. A gift certificate is valid for one year.

Íslandspóst's terms of delivery, warranty and transport apply to the delivery of products sent by Íslandspóst . According to this, As We Grow is not responsible for any damage that may occur to the product in transit. If the product is damaged from the time it is sent from As We Grow to the person concerned, the damage is the buyer's responsibility.

    These terms apply to product purchases in the As We Grow online store:

    Return deadline and right of refund

    The buyer has 14 days to cancel the purchase provided they have not used the product and it is returned along with a business receipt or an As We Grow gift sticker. The deadline begins when the product is delivered to the registered recipient. Refunds are made in full if the above conditions are met and after the product is received. Shipping and postage charges are non-refundable.

    As We Grow reserves the right to cancel orders, for example due to incorrect price information and also to change prices or stop offering product types without notice. We reserve the right to confirm orders by telephone.

    Taxes and fees

    All prices in the domestic online store include VAT.


    The seller promises the buyer complete confidentiality regarding all information provided by the buyer in connection with the transaction. Information will not be disclosed to third parties under any circumstances.

    The law on consumer purchases no. 48/2003 and Act on purchase of liquid assets no. 50/2000.
